Deadline for submission of Financial Statement for Securities and Exchange Commission with Fiscal Year ending December 31, 2016. SEC satellite office is very helpful in receiving GIS and FS. Thumbs up for the Securities and Exchange Commissions Office.
One thing I noticed with the official website of SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION www.sec.gov.ph I did not find where to download the new GIS forms in their website. Tried to submit the GIS using the old version of forms 2013 they did not accept it so I google it and found a link where I downloaded the new GIS Form.
